During our recent family vacation in Patong, we had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly understands what families need. From the moment we arrived, the manager, Luca, made us feel right at home. After a long journey, we appreciated his warm welcome and helpful guidance throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from shops and restaurants, making it easy for families to find essentials. We particularly enjoyed the tour desk on-site, where we booked excursions tailored for our family, ensuring we made the most of our time in Phuket. Our spacious room provided a comfortable stay, and the peaceful atmosphere – complemented by the sounds of nature at night – was a breath of fresh air. With one child under 10, we valued the family-friendly vibe, making it a memorable trip that we would gladly repeat. We look forward to our next visit!
